In 2012, Westlake launched “Westlake Flooring” a inventory financing company for their network of dealers. I was the 5th hire during the start up phase and held leadership positions over the account management, internal sales and risk motions. During my 5 year tenure, we grew the business from 5 employees with $25K in receivables to 100+ employees with over $150MM in receivables.
