Executive Summary:
Enterprise Rent-a-Car is renown for its Managements Trainee Program. Participants know the deal. The pay is low, the workload is intense, but for your time and effort you get a comprehensive and foundational training in how to be a manager. Though I’d never want to go through the program again, it was invaluable to my development as a manager. Washing cars in a full suit in 100 degree weather has its drawbacks, but I was empowered to run several aspects of our branches daily operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, partner relations and mentorship. I achieved several sales related goals, and was promoted to Assistant Manager within 8 months of joining the company.
